Winter/Spring Terms – November 25, 2011

Summer Term – May 4, 2012

Fall Term (2012) – August 24, 2012

Send all documentation related to your Tuition Reimbursement Application to the WEA Office in the Worthington Schools Education Center.

*The late application deadline for any academic term is the pre-approval deadline for the following term (i.e. all Fall 2011 applications must be received no later than Nov. 25.) Late applications will only be considered if there are unused funds for that application period

Applications will not be processed after deadlines for each quarter.  For more information, read the Deadlines for Application or the Tuition Reimbursement Guidelines

FEE WAIVER INFORMATION

2011-12 University Fee Waiver Application Deadlines:

Fall Quarter (2011) -- August 1, 2011
Winter Quarter -- October 31, 2011
Spring Quarter -- February 13, 2012
Summer Quarter -- May 7, 2012
Fall Quarter (2012) -- July 30, 2012

Use form B-5.  All Fee Waiver Applications should be turned in to Becky Smith in the Human Resources Department, WEC.

Only 3 hours credit per person is allowed for Autumn, Winter, and Spring Quarters.  Up to 6 hours credit is granted for Summer Quarter, depending on availability. Applications will not be processed after deadlines for each quarter. For additional information, see Article 16.2 of the Master Agreement.
